What if You Need to Return Your Order?
- were sorry to hear that the purchase did not go 100% as planned
- to start a return contact us at info@rhythmicstudios.com and let us help
- once started, and if necessary, we will retrieve and review with you photos of the product and packaging taken before if was shipped
- this will help speed up the return process
"No Hassle" Return Policy:
- we have a 30 day return policy from the time of the shipping date
- after 30 days there, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- all special orders are subject to this restocking fee
- purchases that had free shipping, will have shipping cost deducted from refund
- to be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it that you received it, unused and unworn, and all materials
- we will send you return shipping labels and cover this cost

Damages and Issues:
- please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- to quicken the process please take pictures of the product and packaging from various angles
